I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Kawasaki-shi. A very nice capsule hotel with a plenty of room. One of the cleanest ones I've stayed in so far, and even has a mini fridge and AC unit in your capsule. Very much worth the price.

Just be aware, it's a little ways away from the main attractions in Tokyo, but it's close to airport, so it's a trade-off. Still, I would for sure stay there again. Place is as advertised. Nice, clean and quiet. It was a great value and would stay there again. Have fun in Tokyo! Love the cleanliness of the room and the no fuss check in and check out and the quiet environment with supermarket and train station located nearby makes our stay more conducive and comfortable! Will definitely return and stay with M-1 Tokyo again!

Well where do I begin, I was in Japan for surgery booked my room and had to check in a day later which was fine with me. I communicated with the property and they said that should be no problem whatsoever. When I finally managed to check into my room I was in awwwww the space was great clean and had every amenity that you could need.

I would compare it to a five-star hotel room I thoroughly enjoyed my stay they even allowed me to check out 30 minutes later. The location is a three minute walk away from the train station there is a lot of restaurants in the vicinity not to mention a supermarket that has everything. This place was very much worth the money, we were very pleased with our stay and the service that came with this particular airbnb.

Checking in and getting acclimated was very easy thanks to the helpful staff and they were even willing to help us with directions from Narita airport. The airbnb is close to many convenience stores and even a low cost supermarket which helped us with our budget. The only gripe we had was the distance from our Airbnb to Tokyo JR line circle , everything was pretty much hr away; however with adequate planning you can still get a lot of things done.

We have no regrets staying here and will likely choose this company again when we return! Great place to stay. Close to a subway station, restaurants and convenience stores. It is very clean and looks the same as shown in pictures. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. It was in a cozy, quiet neighborhood close to a station conveniently in-between Haneda airport and Keikyu-Kamata Station. The room was nice and clean, and felt modern.

We had everything we needed, and there were convenience stores nearby in case of any shortages. It was such a pleasure staying here! The room is very stylish, and everything you need is there. The washing machine was great, everything was clean, and I could hear noise from other guests. I would recommend this place to stay.

This is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at! The host was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. His English was very good and the place was luxurious. Also the neighborhood felt very safe to walk around at night which was a huge plus! I've already recommended this place to other friends! M-1 Tokyo is a great place to stay in. The room is very clean and location is very easy to find. As a previous guest, I will definitely come back again if I were to stay within the area.

Very very clean and stylish! Washer in room was a big help. Room is very comfortable for 2 for longer stay and 3 for short stay. We stayed 10 days so room for luggage was a bit tight for 3, but doable. A little far from Tokyo, but easy walk to near by station to get there. One of the nicest Airbnb rooms I have stayed in. Prompt communication with host, who was courteous and helpful. Everything was clean, really easy to find and the host answers really fast!

I would recommend this places!

Well worth the price. Clean and not too cramped. Very convenient location from Haneda airport. That being said, Haneda is a bit far from the main places in Tokyo that we wanted to visit so there was no way of coming back in the middle of the day to rest. Close to many convenient stores and a train station that did transfer into shinagawa station where the yamanote JR line was. Almost about mins to get anywhere in the city. Hard to find a good place that is cheap nowadays so the distance was okay for us to save some money.

Easy check in process and organized. I would stay at another M-1 location next time as well! Hyun-san and her mother were very sweet and kind. I was lost nearby their house, so they managed to help me and then picked me up. The house is very cozy. The bed is soft, and the bathroom is clean with nice water pressure.

So touched by all the services she provided for me. The bed room was a Janpanese-style, clean and above the standard. Generally I really enjoyed the night that I stay in the guest house! Forgot to add from my other review is that I stayed here so that I could be close to Yokohama and Kawasaki to visit for a few days. Very nice place if you want to stay around Haneda airport! Very useful, I recommend for bag packers essentially. This was a great place to stay for the night. There was cute cat stuff everywhere! Plus they were really quick to respond to my messages and any questions I had.

Eventhough the bathroom is outside, it is very near to our room. The place is super clean. Lots of amenities provided too. There were even clean sanitary pads provided. I like this place. Clean and really stable Wifi, easy to find and very quiet and safe area. En and her team were very nice and responded quickly. The place is just 15mins from HND by taxi, which I liked.

Adele Carpool Karaoke

The house had almost all kind of amenity and room was clean. Kitchin and dining were clean and spacious. And everything from check-in and check-out to location is really convenient for travelers. The hospitality was also really good! This place is very close to Haneda airport; since our arrival was later than the last train we looked for taxi and there's a different group of taxi that leads to Kawasaki so arriving there was pretty simple.

It was also very convenient to check in since En let us know about passwords and how to get there etc. It is a very silent neighborhood with mostly residential places but there's a convenience store across the apartment and very close to Sanggyodoro train station so we could find whatever we needed easily. The place has a guesthouse setting and there are 3 rooms in each floor. These three share two sinks in the hallway, a restroom and a shower room with two separate shower cabins. Normally I am not a person who likes sharing these spaces but it all had a very homey setting from facewashes to hairdryer to hair conditioner in the shower I appreciated how equipped the place was and since shower room-sinks-restroom is separated it's less likely to run into someone as you go through your daily routine.

There's a common kitchen downstairs with dishes, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a kettle. Me and my friends like to have little breakfast beforewe leaving for touring the city so it was very convenient.

June weather was hot and humid so it was nice that bedrooms also has air conditioner. So overall we had a very comfortable stay here. I recommend to anyone who's planning to stay in that area. Hyun was excellent host and response was speedy. House were 15mins away from Haneda airport and 10mins walk to otorri station. I would definitely recommend this to everybody who want to stay near Haneda airport.

Beautiful, clean Japanese apartment. Minutes walk from good ramen restaurants. Perfect for short or long term travelers. So close to Tokyo-Haneda Airport. She picked me up and dropped me off at airport. Hyun is a nice gal and willing to pick us up at late night help us to solve a lot of problems. Rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommended for those who need a short stay to accommodate their late or early flight.

Thank you for being very nice to my mom and me during my stay, also thank you for picking us up so late and drop us to the station because of the rain. Say thankyou to your mommy too My mother also say thank you Nice, airy, traditional-style room, a short drive away from Haneda airport. Hyun's brother kindly picked us up at close to midnight and made sure we settled in comfortably. The 3 of us slept much better than expected, on the floor.

Thank you once again for a short but good stay! We did not spend the night here. We had to open a Airbnb support case and complain in order to get a refund, which was issued by airbnb thanks airbnb! We arrived in afternoon and flew out of Haneda in the morning- the host does not do drop offs to Haneda only pick ups - she did tell us this after I booked which I was disappointed but I understood. We told the host 1 month before arriving our approximate arrival time, and confirmed it the morning of the booking.

The host messaged us an address which on Hidden by Airbnb maps took us the an empty house 10min away, they did not respond to messages or calls while we wandered around with our luggage looking for the place, did not meet us at the place, and and only gave us check in instructions when we finally got her on the phone 45min later.

We finally found the place using the airbnb map coordinates rather than the address messaged to us. When we got a hold of the host by phone after waiting outside another 20min , she sent instructions on which room was ours and a code for a lock box on the front door. It is a walk up 3rd floor hostel-like set up with multiple rooms and beds.

The front door was unlocked and there were 2 other guests staying in another room who had just arrived- they told us they had also arrived to an unlocked place with no one to check them in and no check in instructions. The lock box had a single key to be shared amongst all the guests and the front door was left unlocked so this clearly was not effective - there were at least 3 groups of guests staying at that time. The private room we booked was separated by a sliding door and no lock. We did not feel safe staying or leaving our things there and so we left and booked at a hotel instead for similar price.

I was travelling with my boyfriend and his mother- all of us have stayed in hostels, budget, shared accommodation and Japanese tatami rooms before so we were not expecting anything fancy, but this place did not feel safe for us. I feel terrible for leaving a bad review as I know what this can do to a business, but I don't want this to happen to others. Hyun is so nice. She was very helpful before and after my stay. The house is next to the airport, so it's quite usefull if you arrive at night.

Traditional japanese beds, and very good conversation. It was such a pleasure comming, be sure I'll comeback Communication was great and prompt. I was picked up from the designated area in a timely manner. I was showed around and brought to my room. Very comfortable and the location is great.

Very close to the bus station back to the airport, food and some nice sights. Your staff was very helpful in accommodating us and allowed us to focus on our trip! We were able to be well rested thanks to your hospitality! En and her team were extremely friendly and responsive.

I received outstanding hospitality when staying at En's place. The whole house was clean and tidy. The location was close to train stations and convenience stores. The only minor issue is having to share the house and the thin wall didn't isolate sound well. Highly recommend this place if you travel in a large group.

Make sure to use the GPS coordinates that are listed for the address, do not copy and paste the address listed because you will arrive in a completely different neighborhood that is a 25 minute walk away. The place is discreetly marked on the outside, so make sure you check the welcome PDF given to you upon booking to find it. Otherwise, the place is really comfortable and has a lot of great amenities and decorations are cute. This may depend on where you room is located, but we were next to the super busy street.

I'm used to street noise, but could be too loud for someone not used to it. There is also a really bright street light and the blinds didn't work very well to shut out light, make sure to bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light. Right accross the street, there is Lawson store that opens 24h to accomodate your daily needs. The house is super cute with nice decoration. Super clean as well.

I dont have any issue regarding to shared failities, it was all very clean and smells good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable too. There was no lift, so prepare yourself to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall, everything was great.

The place is very clean and has everything you need. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the host to let us in. Other than that there was no issue. Satomi's house has a good location, with plenty of living facilities around, this brings a lot of convenience. Rooms are cozy and confortable.

Satomi and her mom are willing to talk to you and they can offer you useful travel tips and advices. Also the cat brings much more fun. Satomi and her mom are really wonderful hosts. They have good suggestions on where to go visit and solid advice for navigating around Japan.

Their place is very clean and conveniently located near a train station and Haneda airport. It takes about a 40 minute train ride to get to Tokyo station. She regularly check on us, if we were doing okay They were awesome, superb hosts! This is a fantastic place to stay!! Satomi and her mom were so friendly and accommodating, and the traditional Japanese room was so beautiful. They have a fantastic Japanese style bathroom with a huuuuge soaking tub, and offered toothbrushes, shampoo, towels, etc. Satomi and her mom allowed me to put a couple things in their fridge.

Their cat even came to greet me when I arrived! With my mid-night flight arrived at 1: Satomi was actively keep me updated with all the information and answering my text ASAP in be middle of the night. Her house was clean, big and quiet. If you are looking for a comfortable place like home to spend your vacation this is the pick!

Rooms clean and tidy, people approachable and enthusiastic,we are very gratified with the accommodation they have Website hidden by Airbnb Mei and her mother always chatted with us in our spare time, prepared Japanese tea for us everyday, familiarized us with Japanese culture and introduced transportation, shopping malls surrounded to us,always ready to address our needs.

What an unforgettable journy! Satomi and her mother are wonderful people, and very welcoming! The neighborhood is also very quiet, and I really enjoyed walking around and getting to stay in a tatami room for the first time ever! I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a quieter neighborhood and experience living in an authentic Japanese home.

The lack of an elevator can be a bit troublesome especially if you plan on doing a lot of walking or shopping. Super close to the airport. You should pay extra attention to the trains, as trains on the same platform diverge at Kamata staion and go seperate directions. It is a bit far from the main attractions in tokyo but no fear as the public transit in Japan is super convenient!

It is a nice apartment that is clean and comfortable. This apartment will give you everything you need for a lovely stay in Tokyo: This was my first time in Japan and needed a place to crash to maximize a long layover. En's place is small but well decorated and situated across the street form the train which is exactly what we needed with our flight leaving early the next day.

We managed to make it to Shibuya and had the best time ever. This is a cozy spot great for short term stay, very friendly people sharing the space as well. Nice shower room and it has some toilets and places to wash your face. En house is very cozy, confy, modern and clean.. We enjoy our one night transit there. En was a lovely host, I was arriving at Haneda late at night and leaving for another flight early the next morning.

My room was very good and En left out little notes and sweets for my arrival. The only thing I miss is staying longer at your place. Need to checkout early to check in in Shinjuku and go visiting. If I can book longer, I will stay until end of trip. En's place is very near the train station. There have convenience store and restaurant around En's place.

The room is clean. The host is so lovely. En recommend me to go some place to take a picture with the cherry blossom and it'c awesome. Love to stay there. Great spot close to the airport, which was all I truly needed before an early morning domestic flight. We stayed for 6 nights with 4 adults. Comfortable apartment and spacious. Surprisingly they provides induction cooker which is very useful for us Muslim tourist. Washing machine and dryer available in the room.

The room looks the same as in the picture. Train station less than 5 mins walk. My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Air BnB. It was also very clean and comfortable. The only tricky part was having enough space with our luggages but we managed well. The host was accommodating and very helpful plus was timely with communication if we had any questions. We were very satisfied with our stay. Only 4 minutes walk from the station.
