In the book can get a little repetitive towards the history of Egypt and the Bible. Although I appreciate the author's insight and how much detail they provided into the section. Some readers might be put off by the very cut and dry manner the author writes on organized religion. A particular downside of the book is that the author tries to remain sexually neutral when giving examples but sometimes fails miserably and this may be the fault of the editor.
