Everyone is approachable including the speakers, and this also allows for great intimate discussions, and you can even grab a supplier to expand your ideas. There are also great nontechnical talks where you can see how Nutanix has allowed their ideas to grow and expand with them. The community vibe is great and where else can you grab the development team themselves and deliver direct feedback to new features you get to see in advance to everybody else.
